My experience has always been awesome. Kourtney is friendly, informative, easy to work with, very clear and understandable communication. Quick to respond to our needs and questions. Walked us thru the process of changing all of our current policies to the new ones and who to contact to inform of changes. AND more importantly. the cost savings are much more than we had anticipated. Definitely recommend them.
